So far, we have said that to get rid of cellulite, you need to do some weight training and increase heavyweight. The second thing that struck me was that the shape of the kettlebell forces you to use muscles not normally used weights or weight machines and free weights. The third thing you need to do to get rid of cellulite, you need to do some kind of cardio. This is the subject of this article.
So far, we have established that we need to build muscle to burn fat and reduce unwanted cellulite. We also found that the shape of the kettlebell forces the body to use more muscles - which literally means we get stronger faster and burn more calories and body fat faster. So there is a need to do cardio? Can we do training exercises in order to get rid of cellulite?
Well, the answer is yes and no. The great thing about cardio is that it burns a lot of calories during the workout. Just do strength training alone will not burn the same amount of calories during the cardio session. However, when cardio is more literally stops burning extra calories. Therefore, in order to continue, you should do more cardio! If I had all the time in the world for walking and running and other forms of cardio, then there would be a problem! Although the issue is, you can only get rid of cellulite Cardio? In my personal experience, there was a time about 1-2 years I've completely stopped doing weight training. I really thought that weight training made me "bulky" and if I wanted to lose weight, I have to focus on cardio. So I changed my workouts on foot, by bike and on the run from time to time. During this time I have gained weight and I noticed a significant increase in cellulite. What was wrong? Weight was just before discovery. I must confess here that my diet was not the best at that time. So bad combined with some cardio exercises power led me to gain weight and see an increase in cellulite. When I started my weight training regime, I decided it was time to clean up my diet. Healthy diet for maximum fat loss is also a must! OK, so with my weight I was doing weights and cardio combined - kill two birds with one stone if you did not have to spend 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight, it used to do in the gym. Now I was dragging about 45 minutes, 3 times a week and I've lost weight and I realized that the definition I never had before. The results were surprising. The best part was that I was not bulky started to look slim and slender. The best part is that it could get into the clothes that I never could before.
"But you said Fab 20 minutes 3 times a week is all you need, you train more!" You tell me. Speaking of the need for cardio in this article, I will talk briefly about it here, but to give you the justice you deserve, I will write another article to explain in more detail. So stay tuned for that. Call me crazy, but I think that less is more. In fact, I still believed that the more I exercise stronger and stronger I become. So I wanted to exercise 4-5 times a week with my kettlebell! I suppose, if you really wanted, but not needed. I ran out of time away from my training and reduced my exercise 20 minutes 3 times a week. It was just before my pregnancy and this time I'm stronger and fitter and it was less. My body felt the best I've had. That's all I'll say here and I will go into detail about this later.
Why cardio is not enough? The ideal solution is to find a form of training that will increase your basal metabolic rate, the rate at which you burn calories when doing nothing at all. Make hours just cardio is great at that time. As you can burn more calories during a weight training session and even less when you leave the gym or on the race track, burning extra calories usually stop there. However, when doing weight training, which can last 24 to 48 hours after you have completed your exercise regimen. Weight training keeps burning more calories after exercise because the body needs to repair this training. This means you can continue to burn extra calories without doing anything at all for the next 24-48 hours! So lift heavier, the more calories you burn! So the combination of the two - cardio and strength training using your kettlebell tool is a form of metabolic training - literally increase your resting metabolic rate. This means that when you do nothing, you burn calories - Large calories. To put it another way, if you could work with a heavy hand - you burn more calories than just running alone! And you burn calories long after the race because the extra weight.
