Fitness Tip: How Does Fitness And Nutrition Go Together?

Fitness & Nutrition

Today I will talk about something that you can check a lot of people. It may go against what you think, what you do, what you have read or studied. If this is the case, so be it. I say this because you can go all sorts of places, talking to all kinds of people, and you get a lot of different variations on this theme. To that I say great! So all that being said, let me get into it.

Immediately, when someone decides to start any fitness program, focus on the training itself. What must be asked, how it works, how to gain muscle, etc., but all that will is nutrition. Oh, believe me, no one in the gym (which is not) industry will tell you the most important things of a training program is nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! It is through the people of the board, which should always be part of your fitness plan. Nobody will deny this fact with you.

BUT, then the difference is the type of nutrition. Should I eat meat or not? Do I have to change my drink soda? Should I eat 10 times a day? I should not eat after 18:18? Should I wake up in the middle of the night and have a very smoothie vitamin supersonic? What should I do? This is the confusing part.

I'm here to tell you my perspective on this whole nutrition. As everyone knows, I like to keep things simple. I keep things simple. It gets complicated is the most advanced people, but not me. (Oh, I can not be with the best of them, but do not choose) Of course, I love talking about fitness / nutrition, and still I can (and will), but for people who do not know what to do to start learning to participate and depth can just get away from being healthy, which is something that no one in the industry wants, right?

So all that being said, let's talk about nutrition. 'Ll even break a bit and say "what you put in your body." Now for those of you who have the same mentality that I (heaven help you lol), and see things a bit skewd, "it does not get in your body" is so important. One can even say to replace some of the bad things good things, you know?

Again, keep it simple, soft drinks, for example. I do not like the kind you drink, do not care if it's diet or not diet, I do not care if it contains sugar or not, generally sodium is bad for you ... Point! (Oh, if an officer of soda are reading this, sorry friend, but someone has to say!)

But Andrew, I love my soda, I need my soda! Well, too bad. Oh, and if you know, I love my Mountain Dew, which is probably one of the worst there is. In my youth, I was a "Dew-a-Holic" and I'm proud to admit it! But in terms of being healthy, this is crap!

Now, instead of drinking soda your drinking water beloved (or not diet food). Heck, drink tap water, which is fine with me, but drinking water! I do not care if you hate the taste of water (which always makes me laugh!), Who drinks anyway. Again, you are looking to get healthy, so do things that make you healthy, duh!

Here's another tip, rather than have that bag of potato chips, chocolate cookies or candy bars, eat an apple or a banana, or fishing or some type of fruit. Oh, it may not be as fun or as sexy, but looking in the mirror while you sexy? Hmmm?

Want to know something really good to do? Again, this is for people who want to be healthier, if this is you, take note. Something interesting is to get some kind of mixer / blender / mixer / pureer and start making a kind of vegetable mixture foo-foo drink once a day. There are all kinds of recipes from around the World Wide Web, so have fun looking for them. (The picture above is actually the drink I did this morning. Was really fun to make and tasted great!)

Heck, you make trips to the grocery store anyway, take some fruit or vegetable. (Once again, instead of soda and a bag of chips!)

I'm not saying this is to mix what to do, I'm just saying it's fun and you'll be surprised what you find and how you begin to feel.

I say that this is not a difficult concept to understand. Remember, I'm just here to keep things simple. All I do is tell you things you already know. All I do is say things that deep down you know, but there may be afraid to admit it.

Notice I did not say anything about supplements, I did not say anything about how often you should eat, I have not said anything about a particular vitamin to take. I have nothing of this kind do not say because you have to start somewhere. Once you start to change your habits and start to feel better, you will find more, let's call it "hard core" of things to eat, such as vitamins, supplements, etc.

But for now, if you do not, just start by keeping things simple. Learn to eat the right things and not eat the wrong things. Do you understand? Do not worry about what kind of fat is good, this guy is bad, things carbo carbo food is better than food. Use some common sense to your diet and you will be amazed at the results. Once you begin to see and feel the results, and then delve into the proper nutrition. However, to keep things simple and have
