Cardio Routine

So you want to use cardio to lose all that extra weight. I do not blame you, cardio is an effective tool that will help you get fit fast. But only if you do it correctly. Here are some tips to help you choose the right routine ...

# 1. - A good cardio routine should be short and easy.

The main reason people can not lose weight is because they complicate things.

You will be able to succeed if your workout routine is short, so you can train regularly and easily, so that your current fitness level will not be a problem.

You do not have to train like Michael Phelps to get amazing results. You can use a routine of high intensity cardio for 5-10 minutes every day, and still achieve your goals.

# 2. - You need to see quick results.

If your exercise routine is effective, you should get results very quickly. I'm not saying that effective routine will help you lose 20 kg in the evening, that is impossible. But if you want to stay motivated, you should see a significant improvement quickly.

Most kids start motivated, but after a week or two, when they can not get an advance, to stop smoking. Each success, however small, closer to your goal.

# 3. - Results of life.

A lot of guys come into a vicious circle. They gain weight and start working. When they reach their goal, stop smoking, and get all the weight back. Remember, we always lose the extra load.

A fitness program should be part of your life forever. It should be easy and simple way to help ensure consistency.

# 4. - A good cardio routine will increase your metabolism.

Your metabolism is the amount of calories your body burns just to keep playing. Most men do not know, but the amount of calories burned by your metabolism is more important than quantity burning in your workouts.

When performing low intensity cardio lose muscle mass, which decreases your metabolism. Furthermore cardio routines short high intensity will help build muscle and therefore increase their metabolism.

I must admit that I am a lazy eater. Despite this I could lose 20 pounds overweight, 10 of them in a month. Keep things simple.

Simple things work, and are able to withstand the test of time.
